What Causes Feeling Of Wind Blowing Sound In Head?

SOS please help! I'm 42 years old. I am a male and I am physically fit.But I have one serious problem doctors here have failed to find a solution to. it's a constant noise, like wind blowing, in my head. It's worst in the early morning. I feel ok when I'm sleeping, but I always get up tired, and I have this feeling of impatience whenever I sit and with whatever I do. I have tried all kinds of medicine, but to no avail so far please contact :
