hello..
i would like to know your age, smoking history, any drug or alcohol addictions,diabetes/hypertension history, breathing difficulty?..and any other details you forgot to tell..
pain which starts in chest and radiates to neck and upper back can be due to heart issues(there can be other problems also apart fro heart attack)
so i suggest you to visit a GP for general clinical examination EKG blood test and any other investigations if he feels necessary..
it is better if you can visit him at the earliest..
hope my answer helps you
if you have any more queries i would be happy to answer..
I find this answer helpful
