What Causes Feet And Toes Swelling, Fingers Itching With Pain?

I am 55 old woman, for three days my feet toes were swelling, and my fingers were itching me too. then suddenly in the next day my feet toes turned blue and my right hand fingers got swelling and blue too. Now I feel my toes and finger very painful and cold when I touch them? Because of this continuous pain I can not walk and my condition is getting worse.For infomation I am taking diabatic and blood pressue medical treatment. I do not know the cause and how to diagnose it. What shall I do? So please help me for the right treatment to cure this painful condition.....
