What Causes Feet/hands/arms/legs Pain?

My feet, hands, arms, legs have been hurting, my scalp has been very cold and tingly, I am scared. I ve went to the ER twice and both of the doctors said it was just anxiety.. but I believe other wise. I keep thinking I have als, and it s making me worried. But I ve seen two doctors already. I ve been taking Xanax everyday now for my fears and anxiety. They did clinical tests on me as hitting my knees for my reflexes. And they just said they promise that I don t have als. But I don t believe them.. what s wrong with me? Can make hurt back cause my feet to hurt and hands arms and everything else to feel this way?

take tablet triphala guggulu 1 thrice a day after food.rasnasaptaka kwatha 3tsp twice a day.there are so many reasons for pain..go for panchakarma therapy i e abhyanga & swedana ( body massage & steam)
do meditation it wil help u.
