i had sex with a bar girl last sunday
i took precaution but at last when my semen falls and i removed my penis i saw my condom was not covered by penis it was in her vegina
so i m very worried
and from monday i m feeling tat i having fever in my body
i dont know wat to do
i m in very much tense
right now also i m feeling my body hot from inside

Thank you for query.Fever and other symptoms are non specific anc be due to viral infection or flu, due to contact with her like kiss etc or respiratory contact with other people.The chances of transmission of HIV by sexual route is 1/ 200 to 1/2000 even if the partner is HIV infected.It is least as you have protected intercourse.The symptoms are non specific .so relax and do not worry.You can go for HIV RNA PCR if you have anxiety for HIV .You can get back for any clarifications.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
