What Causes Fever After Taking Medication For Respiratory Infection?

diagnosed by doctor to upper respiratory issue. tested and did not come back as flu. had not experienced any fever. this was 7 days ago. after about 4 days using an otc expectorant, I now experience low grade fever (99 to 10l) in evenings. should I see dr in morning?.

So you might be having recurrent upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) or lung infection which is causing this fever.
You will need blood reports like CBC (complete blood count) and chest x ray.
