General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is a high level of pus cells, it indicates a significant amount of underlying urinary tract infection.

A culture report of the urine with definite management with precise antibiotics as per the microbe and supportive care with anti-inflammatory, urinary alkalizer and else must be precisely taken care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
