General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The usual concern of fever with blood in urine is urinary tract infection and some cases consist of calculus in the urinary system as primary cause. He requires antibiotics as per the culture report and maintain
hydration with plenty of liquids. Should not panic until the ultrasound report turns out. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
