What Causes Fever And Chills With Ear Infection?

i dont know what to do my baby is 9months he was at er today till 1:30 with fever they said its just his ear infections in both ears but i think something is terriblly wrong he keeps spiking fever and while holding him it seems like his muscels are spazing and he is very shaky please what do i need to do?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Infection of the ears ,specially middle ear infection causes high fever and shivering.
Consult ENT surgeon and for the time being you can put him on Amoxyclauv syrup and paracetamol for control of fever.
