What Causes Fever And Diarrhea After Recovering From Stomach Flu?

I had the stomach flu 9 days ago and lasted about 30 hours. Started eating normal and exercising again 3 days later. Got done working out last night an immediately had a fever and diareha that has lasted now about 16 hours. NO vomiting like last time but can the flu come back that sudden?

Noted your history of having stomach flu 9 days ago. Started eating normal and exercises again 3 days later, working out last night and had fever, diarrhea that has lasted for 16 hours now. No vomiting and wants to know whether flu can come back so soon and suddenly.

Since you developed fever and diarrhea after some gap of having flu, this may be due to intestinal infection and I would advise you hte following:
Get the stool tested and if there is an infection your Doctor will treat you with appropriate antibiotics.
Also take probiotics, banana, yogurt,
Get a clinical evaluation done by a Doctor for vitals, investigations as per the evaluation and proper treatment.
