What Causes Fever And Dry Cough?

I have been running a slight fever of up to 100 each day for sever weeks. The fever goes down each morning when I arise at 5:00 AM I have taken anti biotics for four days now and still get the fever each day. Recently, I started to get a dry occasional cough. What might my problem be?

hello, thanks for your query, evening raise of fever could be due to tuberculosis or lymphoma , simple viral fever or some respiratory ( cough) infection. do some blood tests and xray chest after visiting a physician. so that you can correct diagnosis. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
