What Causes Fever And Headaches Despite Taking Antibiotics?
Hi doctor . My husband has a fever from last 15 days . Doctor said its due to middle ear infection . He took antibiotics but still not helping him with the fever and head aches. Blood tests are normal. We are really worried now . What could be the reason ?

If pus is coming out from the ear, go for culture and sensitivity of that pus and see what antibiotics can be useful. It may be resistant pseudomonas bacterias causing an infection.
