What Causes Fever And Itchy Rash On Feet In A Child?

my 5 year old female daughter developed a fever on day 1. 0n day 2 she started itchyness on her feet...which later developed into a rash...raised bumps. Day 3(today) feet rash continues plus she more itchyness but mild on her arms and mouth. we presently have a dengue outbreak locally so i am suspecting that....but the bumps should not raised for dengue. Someone also told me about a new strain of foot and mouth disease however i read that there should be no itching for this. fever continues and being treated with panadol. treating rash with piriton for 2 days now...no difference. what are your thoughts?
