What Causes Fever And Sore Throat While Having Viral Conjunctivitis?

i have dry eye disease. On Dec. 28th after a fever and sore throat I developed viral conjunctivitis. As of now the virus appears to be gone as is the conjunctivitis. However i still have blurry vision. I did not have blurry vision prior to the virus. I do use restasis

they are not related. may be fever is due to flue it is self limiting control fever with tab crocin and maintain hydration start taking warm saline gurgling. apply refresh eye tear drop go for refraction and if error is detected then it should be duely corrected.you have to take artificial tear till it is corectedpunctum dialatation and syringing may be done strip test to measure tear in sack may be done excessive use of computer and TV viewing be decreased to avoid computer vision syndrome.
