What Causes Fever, Cough And Stomach Pain For A Kid?

My 3 year old is sick. He has had a raspy cough since Friday and has been running a fever too. Anywhere from 100-103. He has also thrown up twice. Once this morning and once yesterday morning. He just got over a stomach bug one week ago. Should I take him to the pediatrician or is it likely just a viral infection?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello. Thank you for your question. Though the most likely diagnosis is a viral illness, as you state, the duration if the illness is starting to get long. Viruses typcally begin to resolve by now. If you notice your child improving, you can probably continue yo observe. But if the symptoms persist any longer, or worsen, I recommend consultiing your doctor.
