What Causes Fever, Headache And Ringing In Ears?

Just started my menstruation. The following day, in the morning I awoke with a tremendous throbbing headache. When I got up, I felt dizzy, and on my way to throw up, I fainted (I remember seeing black spots, then everything went black). I was told I was out for about 15 minutes. Later during the day, I had a fever, and the headache still. I then had a loud ringing in my ears for several seconds, like crickets but the sound intensified. I still have a lingering headache. That event happened three days ago.

Hi.

Noted your history of medical even 3 days ago wherein you wen blank, ringing in ears, headache that still continues after 3 days, all happening after starting menstruation.
Such an even wherein the headache still continues after 3 days indicates the need for ruling out intracranial problems like space occupying lesion, meningitis or so.
Another causes like that of heart should also be searched for.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Urgently go to ER or your Doctor whoever can be seen first for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as guided.
CT scan of head.
Cardiac evaluation.
Tests of blood for any disease like Typhoid that can such problems, thyroid, liver and kidney functions, thyroid function, Electrolytes and calcium.
All these thing will give the most appropriate diagnosis for allowing a specific treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
