What Causes Fever With Infection And Diarrhea?

any ideas hi, I.have been ill on and off for 2 yrs and blood testsbshowed high levels of infection, but had no follow up.. i get sweats, diarrhoea badly, panic attacks, bad stomach and around by my belly button it feels like there is a bubble inside that expells air when I press there!

dear chronic on and off diarrhoea with fever may be suggestive of chronic infection may involve the gi tract like abdominal TB , lymphomas etc... but you didn't mentioned about weight loss? other possibilities like typhoid fever, chronic repeated gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome etc...

you didn't mentioned about blood reports so just follow with your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
