i read your question and understand your concern i would like to ask that your child is having either of these also *runny nose *cough *sore red swollen eyes *small white spots in his mouth if these things also present then this is to be worried about as these all are alarming sign of MEASLES i would also want to know the pattern of these spots i mean from where they begin to appear so i would suggest to take him back to his pediatrician to have a good check upon him i hope my answer will satisfy you good luck & tc
