What Causes Fever With Stomach Pain And Headaches?

Hello Doctor,
I am suffering head ache and stomach pain.so i have consulted doctor and he told that temp is increased to 103 Degree and suffering from viral fever.finally he has give medicine namely "Voveran SR".I have taken this medicine for one day,now i am feeling little bit comfortable and suffering stomach pain.Please let me know,what may be the problem and could you please suggest proper medicine.
