What Causes Fever,cold And Cough With Phlegm?

hi doc! since my last encounter, it's been almost a month now. now i am suffering from colds, cough with phlegm for almost 2 weeks. prior to that, i had a slight fever as well. i am just worried if these are symptoms of STD. i am really paranoid right now and disturbed. i would appreciate your advise.

Though some sexually transmitted infections such as syphilis can cause symptoms outside of the gastrointestinal tract, most cause genital symptoms.

This includes symptoms such as discharge, urinary symptoms.

Cough and cold symptoms are not associated with sexually transmitted infections.
