What Causes Fever,flatulence,jaundice And Mild Splenomegaly?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...20 yr old male here. What can cause the following symptoms? Severe Flatulence, Jaundice, mild spenomegaly, fatigue,constant low grade fever, nightsweats, chills, weakness, bacterial infection in urine, stinging/burning senstions all over abdomen and upper spine, puss filled lesions around groin and buttox and ingual lymphadenopathy?

The above history and symptoms stated are all suggestive of infection and it is the bacterial infection, it may be a chronic one also. Mycobacterium needs to be ruled out. This condition can be managed with particular sensitive antibiotic and to choose the drug, some specimen needs to be sent for culture sensitivity tests like pus, urine, blood. Such condition also demands the close medical observation.
