What Causes Fever,loose Stools And Vomiting In A Child?

My 2 in a half year old daughter is running a low fever, and haveing soft poops that are light green in color I am jsut wondering what this could be caused by? She is also normally a very healthy child but in the last two months has been sick vomitting ( just in the am) about 2-3 times could this have something to do with what is happening now?

Hi, your child has probably got stomach infection. In my opinion, you should give syrup oflox, cyclopam and crocin syrup for 5 days. All drugs in child are given according to weight so you should revert back with exact weight of child. Take care.
