Hello, I have gone through the query and understood your concern. If the cause of the previous miscarriages is known or if there was a study of the products of conception previously, this helps a lot in proper planning of management in this pregnancy. Now, there is no need to worry as your symptoms are most commonly seen in any early pregnancy and do not mean the history is going to be repeated. Please see a specialist for proper guidance and monitoring. You will need prenatal vitamins, absolute bed rest, avoidance of all stressful situations including sexual intercourse, healthy diet and regular follow up. Hope this helps.
