Your Widal test titration is positive for typhoid fever and uses course of antibiotics, nowadays typhoid bacteria is resistant to many drugs do check for blood or urine culture or duodenal aspirate culture sensitivity.
Use azithromycin and cefixime for one week and recheck for Widal if concentration decreased then you are responding. Use Paracetamol tablet thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
