What Causes Few Pus Cells In The Stool Test?

hi, my baby is 6 months old. he was having a lil blood in his stool. after reffreing to pead , the doc given him OFS solution after which the blood didnt come. went for his stool test, it has 0-1 hm pus cells.he is completely on nan pro 1 milk. is it fine to have pus cells ?

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Normally stools contain 0-5 or more pus cells per HPF.
I the pus cells are more than 10 pus cells per HPF we call it infection.
Otherwise nothing to worry.
