Hi! I am 28 years old. My xray before was clear but when I had it this year I was diagnosed with ptb. I did the necessary tests just to find out I did not have it as my lung doctor said. My last xray was seen a fibrotic scar. I wondered how I got that scar knowing I did not take any medications.
Sometimes scars in the chest Xray are due to subclinical tuberculosis that you may not even realise. However the scar shows that u have had subclinical tuberculosis
