Fish smelling urine is not because of your sea food intake but it is because of Urinary tract infection. Bacterial infection in the vagina also causes foul smelling discharge that may be fishy in smell.
Visit ER, get Urinalysis along with C/S done to evaluate the infection & the antibiotic that will work best to reduce it. Take Alkacitron syrup. Antibiotic like Norfloxacin is effective. Take medications under a consultant. Take care of your hygiene, avoid use of public washroom. Avoid sex for a coupe of days. Get evaluated & treated at the earliest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
