What Causes Fishy Odor And White Mucus During Bowel Movement?
I just had a bowel movement that had a strong fishy odor. There was also some white mucous attached to it and also some brownish/yellowish stringy mucous as well. Last week i had really bad stomach pains, but I have been feeling good for about 5 days now. I am a 39 year old male. 6'00" 175 pounds. Thanks

Dear you maybe suffering from bacillary dysentery which may cause pain abdomen blood with mucous in the stools.
Other possibilities like colitis, IBS, malobsorption etc..
Use tab.oflox ornidazole twice a day for five days,If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
