What Causes Fishy Odor Around Penis And While Urinating?

hi I notice since the last 2 months am having a fishy ordor smell around my penis head when I take a bath its ok but whenever I pee the fishy ordor start to come back does this mean something is wrong with me? and do you have any suggestions on what I can use

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. The fishy odor during peeing is normal when the climate is hot and moist. This is because of dehydration and moistness in the genital area. The odor could be due to sweat and micro organisms.

There is another possibility of having an obsession to the odor. Obsession and imagination thereon. To overcome obsession, please ignore the odor.

Keep the genital area neat and clean, wash the area with soap thrice daily and you should see the difference.
