What Causes Fishy Vaginal Odour With Frequent Urination And Back Pain?
I have been having a fishy vaginal odour followed by what feels like a UTI, on and off now for 2 months or so, I get the odour for a day then I start feeling sick with lower tummy and back pain and frequent urination, nausea and a mild fever, I have taken. Actin and it clears up with a day or 2. I am now on alprim. What could be causing this, I m not sexually active and haven t been for many years, and there is never any burning when I urinate, just a general unwell feeling.

HI Fishy odor indicates infection so you need urine examination and a pap smear ,some times there wont be any pain abdomen or burning micturition but still there may be infection as you had fever too that also indicates infection
