What Causes Fits?

Hi My father is left side parallysied due to medication for the past 1 yr he is now able to speak,walk with the help of support but sometime he gets fits let me know the reason behind this he is also diabetic.When he can be completely fine and walk without support?

The cause of left side parallelized of your father is due to stroke in the brain. The stroke might have occurred due to a clot in the blood vessels of the brain, due to bleeding in the brain caused by rupture of blood vessels of the brain.
