What Causes Flaccid Like Contraction Sin The Penis?
For years every so often maybe once or twice a year I go through periods of having a constant uncomfortable sensation in my penis while it is flaccid. This sensation feels like my penis is contracted somewhat and I am constantly aware of it. This feeling may last for a month or several but then goes away. Any idea what this is and how I can get rid of it altogether?
