Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your flatulence problem is most likely due to dysbacteriosis. In such case i advise short course antibiotic therapy with ofloxacin and metronidazole and continuous probiotics. Taking curd or kefir daily also will be helpful. Avoid carbonated drinks and cola. Have a regular bowel movement also. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks
I find this answer helpful
