As per your query it seems that you have a bacterial or viral infection in throat and the white blob seems to be pus pocket and flesh coloured bumps are due to Granular Pharyngitis secondary to infection.. You can take a course of antibiotics like Azithromycin, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Advil or Aleve. Do steam inhalations and warm saline gargles. Take boiled milk with a pinch of turmeric and cinnamon in it for faster resolution.. Honey and lemon tea is also very helpful.. Hope this helps.. Regards..
