What Causes Flu Like Symptoms Spotting Cramps And Nausea?

My cycles r usually 28 day.My last period was Feb 7.Had a dizzy spell about 3 weeks ago.Very sore boobs.Flu lke symptoms. Dnt thnk anythng until I missed my period on March 6.Hve bn hving extremely bad cramps and nausea bt dnt vomit.back pain.Started recording my temp starting Tues 97.7 Wed 97.8 Thurs 97.9 Fri 97.9 Sat 98.9 which i had very light spotting and 97.9 ths mornig which tha bleeding is a little heavier.My temps r still high.Wat could it be?
