Hi welcome to HCM.
Fluctuations in heart rate can be corrected by drugs like sotalol. In resistant cases where fluctuations are wide and low heart rate prominent,a implantable pacemaker is used. The average heart rate is fixed around 70 bpm.I strongly recommend you to reduce your weight to avoid any complications in the peri implantation period.Have a baseline ecg and screening 2 dimensional echo to rule out organic heart pathology.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you.
