Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

Regarding your query for blood and fluid in ear of your girl friend who have tendency to put q-tip in ear to clean it.

As per your medical history it appears as most likely your girl friend had created traumatic lesion in her ear which is oozing out blood and serum (fluid). Weather her ear drum is spared or get injurred can't be decided without examination. So get your girlfriend to be examined by your ENT doctor to diagose the site of lesion and that may be accordingly manage.

Regards.
