What Causes Fluid Discharge From Ears?

I hear fluid dripping in my ears and back of my head. and my ears are hurting really bad, I also have a bad skin flare up sort of whole body acne like with hard grit/sand like discharge, not fluid. also these sores feels hard and soft like masses over my entire body. When I have an allergic reaction my scalp feels really boggy and my face swells then I have more of these cyst like sores. Any advice.?\

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The history of feeling of dripping into your ears and back of head are usually related to Psychological upheaval as there is no such fluid which can drip or any disease which can explain this. Gets well with some medicines.
Your another problem is definitely related to multi-vitamin deficiency, this is something like a condition called Trichophyton and an opinion of a Dermatologist will help us to get the exact diagnosis and to get the therapeutic dosages of Vitamin A and D as well as other vitamins and minerals.
