I have had some fluid running from my eyes and then it will harden before waking. after finally clearing with water, my eyes continue all day. this will turn white if I'm not constantly wiping. they were quite red for 4 days but the drips continue. do I have an eye infection or an allergy...

it is simply epiphora, tear flowing out for blockageof nasolacrimal duct. punctum dialatation and syringing is tobe donerepeatedly. if block is clear flowing of tear will stop.
