What Causes Fluid Filled Bump On Penis?
I noticed I have a bump on my penis base it didn t hurt but I tried pooping it but it won t.I m in a very faithful relationship no one cheats so I don t think thus its am std.It s hard and when I squeeze it a clearish red fluid seeps out but the hard part won t away.
