What Causes Fluid Filled Bump With Burning Sensation In Anal Area?

Hi, I have what seems like a fluid-filled formation directly by the anal area. It is small in size, seems fluid to the touch. It is causing mild discomfort, but not excrutiating pain. No bleeding or pus is noted, neither am I experiencing fever, sweats, or anything of that sort. Its a slight burning sensation, and feels as if there is small object stuck in the anal area. I do not have any constipation or diarrea and my stool is soft. I have a healthy diet, full of fiber, etc, and do not have any history of health problems. This is the first time I have felt something like this. I do not pratice anal sex either, and practice good hygiene.
