I am 46 years old and have a 4mm ovarian cyst that appears fluid filled and will not go away after two years. I already had a partial hysterectomy and two c sections. I have alot of scar tissue and therefore will have to be cut open again due to scar tissue. I am also worried about ovarian cancer, no history in my family. I have alot of small cyst on my other ovary that come and go. I plan to have both ovaries removed. My doctor plans to run the 125 cancer screening and that worries me that it is not accurate sometimes. I have had a positive ANA blood test and had further testing for autoimmune diseases and the specific testing came back negative. My mother has schleroderma and that was a concern. My liver enzymes were slightly elevated.
