What Causes Fluid Filled Patches On The Body?

I had this infection on my skin some 8 years back... I used to have itchy patches and then some fluid will come out from the patches... I have these again after 8 years.. I think this is fungal infection.. I am havng hair loss because of these.. Please help me..
