What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Abdomen While On An IUD?
I am 26 yrs old with PCOS and endometriosis had 3 pregnancies 2 full term and 1miscarrage. The past 2 weeks I just haven t felt right and now have this flutter in RUQ and look like I am pregnant. I just got over a migraine that I had for almost a week that nothing would break it. I am an MA and LSO so I am pretty good with my medical stuff but I am lost with this feeling. Please help me figure out what this is. It feels like a baby kicking, plus I have an IUD so who knows what s going on.
You are a case of PCOS with endometriosis. Moreover you have IUD inside your uterus. So the probability of pregnancy is almost nil, unless some very occasional miracle happens. The foetal movements are felt after 5 months of pregnancy.
If you are feeling foetal movements, get ultrasonography done. This will give you direct visual evidence of pregnancy status. If you are not pregnant, these symptoms may seem to be due to gasto-intestinal disturbances with acidity. Some antacid like Gelucil and carminative mixture will give you relief from these symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
