Fluttering sensation in chest is commonly seen with
arrhythmia (irregular heart beats). So we need to first rule out arrhythmia.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and Holter monitoring (24 hour continuous monitoring of ecg).
If all of them are normal than no need to worry for arrhythmia.
Sometimes muscular twitching can also cause fluttering sensations.
Calcium deficiency is common cause for this. So get done calcium level and if deficiency then you need supplements.
Stress and
anxiety is another cause for fluttering.
So if you are having stress than avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
