What Causes Foggy Vision With Blind Spots While Suffering With Migraine?

i have been having various symptoms stemming from an ocular migraine 2 years ago - left me feeling light headed, dizzy, eye focus problems to name a few. Over the past 10 weeks I have had 7 more of these migraines, none for the last 3 weeks and they seem to be triggered by neck therapy. Currently my eye sight isnt as sharp as before and my vision is foggy, like little rain drops and brighter than it should be , minor bright blindspots similar to the ones experienced with migraine. All my tests come back negative and normal. No idea what is going on here

Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.

Migraine is often associated with sight problem, generally preceding the headache. It is thought to be cause by an abnormal dilation of the brain vessels, the same reason which then causes headache.

The blurred vision after the attack is not very usual, but still possible.

If you were at my clinic I would recommend a planned cerebral MRI. If you did that and it came normal, then you should just continue your migraine therapy.

Hope this helps, please feel free for further questions.
