Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My right foot bends inside when i walk. My walking shoes are bent on the inside part of the foot more from heel to arch. My arch pains if I wear flat footwear. On an occassion if I wear shoes I have to insert insoles. Even at home a little heeled flip flops work for me. If I stand for long my heel and arch hurt. What is the cause?
