I am 20 years old and I have multiple fordyce spot on my genitals. Two weeks ago I noticed one near the head of my penis that was a little bigger than normal so I tried to pop it but nothing happened and it became inflamed. I am afraid that it might be an std and have really bad anxiety. It doesn t hurt and just looks like a red bump. Also unprotected sex about 6 months ago for the first time and every other time I ve used a condom. Could you please help me out and explain what could be happening?
