What Causes Forearm And Legs Boils With Itching Intermittently?

Hi I have skin related problem. I get small dots (small boil like shape) in my fore arm and legs which causes iching and will last only for a minute or two, then it disappear. This is not frequent, i get this once or twice in a week. When i consult a skin specialist, not able to show them since it apprears without any warning and disapperar without any treatment. Could you please help me on this

If you find any causative factors- any dietary substance, dust, exertion, etc, try to avoid it.
Keep the temperature of water neither too cold nor very hot.
Apply calamine lotion over affected areas.

Usually long term-low dose treatment is required required in form of antihistamines
