What Causes Forearm Pain On Wrist Movements?
Hi there, I'm a goalkeeper for a local soccer team and I've notice since Sunday after a match that my forearm is very painful when I twist my wrist or try and pick up something like a coffee mug. Pain is located roughly 3 to 4 inches from the wrist, on top / outside of arm.
